Kim Eisenberg, MSW Ms. Eisenberg is currently the project manager for a NIDA-funded study evaluating the effectiveness of Screening and Brief Intervention for illicit drug users. She earned her master’s degree in Social Work Administration from San Diego State University and her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Towson University. She also has an AAS in chemical dependency counseling and completed an internship and additional training at the Center for Addiction and Pregnancy at Johns Hopkins Hospital. Ms. Eisenberg has over ten years of experience in human services, with a particular emphasis on drug treatment and prevention for high-risk populations. Her areas of interest include co-occurring disorders, community and environmental approaches to reducing illicit drug use, vocational rehabilitation for drug users, and program design and evaluation. |
