CABSIRT Program Developer

Ms. Anzalone-Byrd received her Bachelors degree in Social Work and Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from San Diego State University. She has nearly 20 years experience as a professional manager with the proven ability to direct complex projects from concept to fully operational status. Currently, she is the Program Developer for the CASBIRT Program. Her personal philosophy is to ensure all people be treated with dignity and respect as she serves to be a change agent and help to improve the quality of life for all who seek services.
